Dear Madam/Sir
As described in the enclosed Curriculum Vitae, my leadership experience in mid-management along with my ability to deliver high performance, identify me as a powerful, cross-functional contributor equipped to perform proficiently in project, people and facilities management as well as communications.
My current position with Pannon GSM Plc. will be completed in June 2010 due to the company’s compulsory redundancy programme.
My former employers can attest to my ability to deploy highly intricate strategic initiatives with precision and clarity. I’m intelligent, goal-oriented, and can quickly synthesize the projects and nuances of mid to large organizations.
The most challenging and interesting period in my business career has been undertaking the position of project manager for the past 4 years during the construction of Pannon House. This task demanded strong decision-making, problem-solving, and action-driven leadership skills combined with analytical skills, empathy for staff as well as excellent communication skills. The outcome of the project is Hungary’s most innovative work environment where a brand new work culture for Hungarians was realized. This project received appreciation at the highest level within the Telenor Group.
Before completing the Pannon House construction project, I became the group manager of the Internal Services Group (ISG) within the Facility Management Office (FMO). FMO was set up based on my proposal document and ISG was created with my leadership as a new element to FMO. I have been a demanding, but fair leader and fully appreciated by not only sub-ordinates but also senior management. They could trust me and I fully trusted them. I always described straight goals and was there for them to achieve the maximum. Their work was highly appreciated on company-level.
I wish to continue my professional carrier the same way as I have conducted it in the last 15 years. I am looking for demanding, challenging opportunities, creating new things in the field of project, - or office management, facilities management (real estate) or communications.
For personal references please contact Mr. Alf Asheim (director, Telenor Real Estate)
at: +47901 41226. Mr. Asheim was the project director for the Pannon House construction project.
Sincerely, Tünde Kirschner

Dear Sir or Madam,
For the last 10 years I have been working for Ericsson AB, a leading international telecommunication corporation. I am employed as a Senior Specialist in the field of Automation Verification; this is an advanced technical position within the Research & Development branch of the corporation.
During these years I’ve been assigned many different tasks that have taken me from our Swedish based Development Labs to worldwide Customer locations and diverse Ericsson branch Offices located in other countries.
I have done Customer-field related work for Ericsson, both as a troubleshooter concerning Ericsson Network FOAs (First Office Application) and in a more diplomatic roll as BTS SW expert.
The troubleshooting assignments have been “on-site” in the customer’s labs; customers such as T-Mobile/Germany & ATT&T/USA.
I have worked many years, in many projects as the SW Integration Manager. This experience has enabled me to also work as a SW advisor in connection with Customer related questions.
Due to personal reasons I have now moved to Budapest. During the month of February I’m officially on holiday from Ericsson AB in Sweden. I am using this holiday period to seek new and meaningful employment in Budapest.
My previous work experiences enable me to confidently apply for the following types of jobs:

| BÉLA ALMAY IS LOOKING FOR A JOB (11:05) |

My name is Béla and I was born 1966 in São Paulo, Brazil, but I grew up in Sweden, where I also made my education and military service.
I came to Hungary just after the first democratic election 1990 to make my internship and I was lucky to find IKEA, who just opened their first warehouse in Eastern Europe. IKEA was my first employer after my education. After one year as trainee at IKEA I was sent back to work in Hungary for IKEA. Because of reorganization within IKEA, I was appointed to work in Ukraine. Since we were waiting for our first child, we decided to stay in Hungary, so I had to leave IKEA
I got an employment for Ericsson in Hungary. I started a postgraduate studies in economy at the Economy University in Budapest and candidate for the position as project controller for Ericssons biggest project at that time, which I got.
My thesis for degree was “Management difficulties in Hungary for foreign (international) companies -- seen from a Swedish perspective”, where sixteen Swedish companies' in Hungary told their experiences about this subject. During the interviews, SKANSKA offered a new position in their Hungarian organisation, which I could not refuse.
At the millennium, SKANSKA in Hungary closed their construction business and kept only their property business and I was offered to work in Sweden instead. This was a good time to try my theories in practice and I started my own Hungarian consulting company. My first Client was a SKANSKA company (Skanska-Foundation Ferihegy Airport Contractors).
After 7 years with different assignments, mostly in the construction business my consultant company was merged into an energy-saving systems integrator company called HENEX (Hungarian ENergy EXperts), where I became division director for Project and Facility Management. After three years, Henex decided to outsource their Project and Facility Management from 2010.
Today (after more than 18 year in Hungary), I think I have enough experience and education to represent a foreign (international) company in Hungary and Eastern Europe as Country (Local) Manager, but I am opened to any other attractive proposal, which may fit my profile
Thank You,
Béla Almay Mobile number: + 36 (30) 280 22 13

Dear Visitors
I was born in Hungary but grew up in Sweden where I lived in the past 20 years. I got married in Hungary in the summer, and with my wife's job in Budapest, I have decided to return to my roots, and would like me to start a family in Hungary.
During my 20 years in Sweden, I have followed and cared for the Hungarian culture.
Now that I have returned to my homeland, I would like to work with my language skills and help with communication between Sweden and Hungary. My goal is to improve communication between the Swedish and Hungarian multinationals.
I like working with people and thanks to my empathic sense, I have noticed that the people I come into contact with parts of the same opinion, and works well with me.
If you are interested and can utilize my skills, you are welcome to contact me!
Greetings, Zsolt Simonkovits
